NYT review of Taylor Book

One of the better books on the William Desmond Taylor story is Robert Giroux’s ‘Dead of Death’ unlike a lot of writing on the scandals of early Hollywood this book eschews the myths peddled by Hearst’s Yellow Press at the time.
